How do I purchase a product?

Please email us the product that you would like to purchase. We will calculate the price, tax, and shipping and send you an invoice. Upon receiving an e-transfer for the cost of the items they will be packaged and shipped to you. 

Why do you only take E-Transfer?

We operate our buisness in a way that keeps the costs as low as possible to both us and the consumer. By accepting only etransfer we are able to avoid incurring and passing on unnecessary costs. 

I am local to Niagara, can I pick up my item and not pay shipping?

Yes! We would love to have you pick up your items locally. All items that are picked up locally are charged only the item price and tax. 

Once payment has been sent (via etransfer) we will send the address where you can pick up your items. 

How do I care for my knitwear?

Knitwear that is well cared for can (and will) last for years. 

Washing: Handwash in cold water using a gentle liquid detergent. Lay flat to dry in a well ventilated space. Products will dry best if they are flipped after a few hours of drying.

When can I expect to receive my items?

I work to have all items packaged and sent for shipping within 3 days after that the shipping time is dependant on the carrier. 

Please note that I use Canada Post when shipping and there may be delays that I cannot account for or change. All packages are tracked so you can keep track of your package once it is shipped.

The cost of shipping can be dependent on the items that are purchased; if more than two items are purchased it may be more expensive. But, I will always work to ensure that cheapest shipping method is used when possible.

Where do you get your wool from?

The majority of the wool that I used is sourced from New Brunswick from a Canadian seller. Some of the more exotic wool (such as alpaca) is purchased in wool & yarn stores across Canada. In all cases I make sure to only shop locally. 

My wool is never purchased from box-stores or out of country relators. Small-buisnesses supporting small-buisnesses!

Can I return my items?

At this time we do not accept returns on products. As these are personal products they do not allow for resale upon returning the items.

Do you have a storefront?

Currently we are a majority online shop. We do attend craft shows and markets across Ontario. 

We do have a limited amount of items in the St. Jacobs Emporium. If your in the area please drop in and say hello.
